November 19th 2015 BREAKFAST MEETING: Leadership Transition

Join us for a revealing presentation about "The Coming Leadership Transition: From Boomers to Millennials" by Dr. Hoffer. In addition to examining this leadership transition in the insurance industry and the implications for leadership succession, he will also identify eight behaviors that make superior insurance leaders.

• What brain science suggests about why it may be difficult, but not impossible

Dr. Hoffer, President of PsyCor, Inc. has over 40 years of experience in leadership assessment and development with clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. He has conducted in-depth assessments of over 1500 leaders from supervisors to CEOs in a wide range of industries, including insurance. He has also coached young, high-potential leaders and global executives, including those with rapid career growth and those whose careers have been derailed. Dr. Hoffer earned a Ph.D. in Psychology at Columbia University and has made numerous presentations to National, State and Local professional associations.
